Hey yall!!! I’ve missed you guys sooo much!

I’m going to be completely honest, I’ve been gaining a lot of weight the last couple of months, and I haven’t really been feeling like myself.  It started getting really hard for me to look at myself in pictures because I was beginning to no longer recognize myself.  It was becoming harder and harder for me to be “Msclothesminded” when I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes.  So I decided to take a break to get myself together.  I started a new business venture by becoming an ItWorks wellness ambassador.  We specialize in skincare and wellness, as well as fitness.  I decided to buckle down and change my lifestyle.  And with the help of  my ItWorks products I was able to lose 12 pounds in the month of April. Go Girl! lol.

Now the system that I used is known as the triple threat.  I drink my greens every morning; they serve as a detox and provide you with your recommended fruits and veggies for the day.  Next up I would take my thermofit supplement with every meal.  These help to burn calories.  I especially like to take these before I go to the gym; they give me soooooo much more energy, that way I burn more calories,  Lastly I have my fat fighters.  These are the carb inhibitors, and are taken with your heaviest meal of the day.  I usually only take these on my cheat meals/days.  And did I mention that all the products are plant based, so you’re not taking anything harmful. 🙂  This system has been such a great boost to not only my health but my self-esteem.  After I saw that it really works (lol) and I was losing weight, I decided it was time for my welcome back party.  And what better way to celebrate than at a Jeezy concert?! 😉

I wanted to wear something that was cute and comfy but still chic and fashionable.  I decided to wear my sheer bodysuit, since I was feeling myself so much.  And let me tell you these high waisted pants did NOT fit like this before! 😀  Finally I added a red lip with my red pumps to give it some life.
